Family friendly working practises have the power to transform organisations to become more inclusive and accessible. In this webinar PiPA Partners Birds of Paradise and National Theatre of Scotland will share some of the ways they have been able to attract and retain a more diverse and flexible workforce, inclusive of parents and carers, through effective communication.
We’ll also be offering our Family Friendly Access Rider to webinar participants.
This webinar will offer a deep dive into examples of how performing arts organisations have transformed their procedures to become more family friendly and show how planning and communication can create new and more effective ways of working
We'll be joined by:
Giulia Montalbano, Freelance dance artist, Fuora Dance Project
Michelle Rolfe, Producer, Birds of Paradise Theatre
Dallis Murray, Programme Manager, National Theatre of Scotland
Vanessa Boyd, Interim Head of Dance, Creative Scotland
There will also be time at the end for a Q&A.
