The Roaster showcase starts with a walk-in with coffee and refreshments at 11:00. Sessions commence at 11:30. There are 3 sessions available throughout the day, the guests will rotate to make sure everyone gets the opportunity to attend all sessions.

Reiner Koelemeijer

Manager Engineering

 

The Drum Roaster doesn't hold any secrets for Reiner Koelemeijer. Trained as a Mechanical Engineer, Reiner joined Royal Duyvis Wiener straight after college and made a full time career in developing cocoa and chocolate processing equipment. He also was the lead enigineer in the development of the patented Thermotech Airflow System.

Roy Smith

Manager Technology Center

 

Roy Smith trained at the Van Hall Institute in Food Science and Technology and has a longstanding career in the  cocoa and chocolate industry. After roles at key players in the industry, e.g. Verkade, Barry Callebaut and ADM, Roy joined Royal Duyvis Wiener in 2016 as lead Food Technologist.

Frank Coné

Head of Sales

 

Frank ConĂ© has been leading complex cocoa, chocolate and nuts  processing equipment sales projects at Royal Duyvis Wiener for almost a decade and therefore knows the cocoa processing industry inside and out.  Whatever the requirement, Frank will find the processing equipment towards your solution.
