Customs User Fees Adjusted for Inflation Starting Fiscal Year 2025

Customer Border & Protection announced the increase of user fees by 30.849% effective October 1, 2024, for fiscal year 2025. The inflation increase was posted by CBP in the Federal Register on July 22, 2024. Below is a summary of the highlights directly relating to Customs Form 7501. Please note these fees are assessed at the time of customs release of the entry summary by CBP.

MPF Minimum: $32.71 (previously $31.67 effective October 1, 2023)
MPF Maximum: $634.62 (previously $614.35 effective October 1, 2023)
Informal MPF, Automated, for Entry or Release Not Prepared by CBP Personnel: $ 2.62 (Previously $2.53)
