These documents outline the broader Summit Power Fund (SPF) strategy, and as an IDC investor, how you’ll specifically participate in the 20% IDC portion, supporting the interconnection deposits for High Point Solar (228 MW Kansas project) and Zenith Solar (80 MW Kansas project).
Step Four:
Sign the IDC Subscription Agreement which we will send for your signature through DocuSign once you're ready to invest.
