Take, or select from your library, a maximum of 3 photos clearly showing your problem. (Good photos help us minimise unnecessary site visits and fast-track the appointment of the correct contractor.)

STEP 4

Fill in the relevant contact details and any other necessary information. (Things like appliance make and model numbers help us get quotes faster, without needing an onsite inspection.)

STEP 5

Submit your request and wait for confirmation of receipt before leaving the website. (You’ll know you’re done when you get a message saying, “Thank you for reporting your problem with so much detail. We will be in touch soon.”)
