Martin Healthcare Advisors, LLC Advises Wayne Physical Therapy & Spine Center on its Sale to JAG-ONE Physical Therapy
May 15, 2023 - Martin Healthcare Advisors, LLC ("MHA") is pleased to announce that it has served as the exclusive financial advisor to Wayne Physical Therapy & Spine Center ("Wayne PTSC"), a private and therapist-owned physical therapy practice located in Wayne, New Jersey, on its sale to JAG-ONE Physical Therapy ("JAG-ONE").
The Wayne location will be led by Clinical Director Catherine Laico, PT and co-owner of Wayne PTSC. Among its regular services, this location will feature hand therapy led by Certified Hand Therapist and Credentialed McKenzie Therapist, Barry Inglett, PT. Barry is a physical therapist and was co-owner of Wayne PTSC.

The new facility is JAG-ONE’s 2nd location in Wayne and 4th location in Passaic County. The acquisition of Wayne Physical Therapy & Spine Center, which will operate under the JAG-ONE Physical Therapy banner, will expand JAG-ONE’s presence in New Jersey.
MHA, a nationally-recognized advisor and consultant to the rehab industry, assisted in initiating, structuring and negotiating the transaction on behalf of Wayne PTSC.
